This will be a Communion service, shortened to 35 minutes.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">With ongoing Covid-19 restrictions, special arrangements will be in place to ensure everyone is as safe as possible. In particular the congregation on this occasion must be limited to a maximum of 30 people, so <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>pre-registration is essential<\/strong><\/span>!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">If you would like to attend on Sunday 6 September, please <a style=\"color: #ff0000;\" href=\"mailto:churchsecretaries@trinitywimbledon.org?subject=Sunday%20service%20pre-registration%20request\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">email churchsecretaries@trinitywimbledon.org<\/a> &#8211; letting us know the number of people\u00a0from your household (and their names) who wish\u00a0to come.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<h6><em><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Important &#8211; please note the following:<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">With a strict attendance limit, we may not be able to accommodate everyone who expresses an interest in attending. After emailing, <strong><em>please await our confirmation that a place is available for you<\/em><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">A &#8216;personal risk assessment&#8217;\u00a0form has been printed in September&#8217;s Trinity News <a href=\"https:\/\/trinitywimbledon.us8.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=71daee021fd209c64b7c45482&amp;id=6dd24951c9&amp;e=3545ab8189\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">(see here)<\/a> and you should\u00a0use this, before pre-registering,\u00a0to help you decide whether you are ready to attend in person. It&#8217;s a self-assessment, so you do not need to tell us your &#8216;result&#8217; and we will not ask you for it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">You must <strong><em>not attend if<\/em><\/strong> you are displaying any Coronavirus symptoms, <strong><em>nor<\/em><\/strong> if you are required to quarantine following overseas travel, <strong><em>nor<\/em><\/strong> if you have been instructed by NHS Test &amp; Trace to self-isolate at home. You will be asked at the door to confirm that none of these apply to you.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Junior Church<\/strong><\/span> will take place on Sunday in Room 1 for a limited number of children, and families are being\u00a0contacted separately regarding arrangements. The children will be in Junior Church throughout the service &#8211; starting at 11:00 and not participating in Communion on this occasion. We will, of course, ensure that pre-registration by families for both the church service and Junior Church is handled in a co-ordinated way.<\/p>\n<p class=\"null\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Chinese Group<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong>Revd Ernest Yu advises that, on this occasion, the Chinese Group will not meet separately; members of the group who wish to attend the Sunday service should follow the instructions above to pre-register. In future weeks, the Chinese Group will meet separately and those in this group will be contacted with details of the arrangements.<\/p>\n<p class=\"null\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">&#8216;Worship At Home&#8217; for those not able to attend in person<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong>Because only limited attendance is possible, and because many of us must\u00a0still stay at home for some time to come, Trinity will continue to make &#8216;Worship At Home&#8217; available until at least the end of the year. So far, this has principally been provided as a pre-recorded online video each week. From this Sunday, however, we intend to\u00a0live-stream the church service at 11:00am via online video (details will be emailed on Sunday morning, and the video will remain available afterwards), and via telephone audio to those who do not have internet access (who are being contacted separately with details). A transcript of the service will also be made available.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We don&#8217;t expect the live-stream to be a flawless production; bear with us! Our hope, though, is to bring encouragement to all who are gathering &#8211; whether physically, online or via telephone &#8211; as we affirm and demonstrate our togetherness in facing\u00a0the &#8216;new normal&#8217;.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Attendance is by pre-registration only: please read!
