Worship Notes and Intercessions for this Sunday<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dear Friends,<\/p>\n

This week’s Worship Notes <\/em>reflect on the Transfiguration observed in the Revised Common Lectionary on the Sunday before Lent.  You can find them here<\/a>.  Later today I will get the Notes<\/em> for April up which means for those of you planning as far ahead as Easter you will have material for Palm Sunday, Good Friday, and Easter Sunday.  All the Lent material is already posted and there’s a resource there too for Ash Wednesday.<\/p>\n

The Worship Notes<\/em> always include a sample set of Intercessions but these are written some time before so can’t be contextual with regard to news and events.  This week we’re grateful to the Rev’d John Grundy for providing some prayers of intercession<\/a> which can be used in Sunday worship, small groups and in personal prayer.<\/p>\n

Please remember that whilst these reminders come out weekly, the Worship Note material is loaded up a couple of months or so in advance and you can always check them out here<\/a>.  <\/p>\n
