{"id":24122,"date":"2025-11-15T18:21:33","date_gmt":"2025-11-15T18:21:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.trinitywimbledon.org\/?p=24122"},"modified":"2025-12-18T23:12:09","modified_gmt":"2025-12-18T23:12:09","slug":"waiting-for-the-light-advent-online-retreat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.trinitywimbledon.org\/index.php\/waiting-for-the-light-advent-online-retreat\/","title":{"rendered":"Waiting for the Light:  Advent Online Retreat"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5 class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><span style=\"caret-color: #000080;\">From Tuesday <\/span>2 December at 07:30 \u00a0<\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">to \u00a0Saturday 6 December at 21:00<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Venue: Online<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Ticket: Free<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>There will be three sessions each day:<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<strong>7.30-8.00am: a portion of a psalm, leading into silence<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>12.00-13.00pm: a shared slow reading of one of the readings of the day (lectio divina) followed by a little sharing<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>7.30-9.00pm: sessions led by a variety of people, to include Neil Thorogood, Andrew Brown and Jacob Bali<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>For previous online retreats some people have attended all the sessions, weaving the rhythm of the retreat into their week, and others have dipped in as they are able.
