Sunday 16 November

Sunday 16 November – Worship & Church Meeting

Our worship at 11:00 on “Safeguarding Sunday” will be led by members of the Worship and Faith Development Team.

Junior Church will meet as usual, and all children will be most welcome.  The Chinese Group will also meet for their worship, led by the Revd Ernest Yu, in the Old Hall.  Both groups leave the church for their own activities and worship after the second hymn.

Following a shortened morning service, there will be a Church Meeting in the Old Hall for all Trinity members and friends. The meeting will take place immediately after the morning worship service and conclude no later than 1.30pm.  Tea and coffee will be served and you are welcome to bring lunch if you wish.  Please plan to stay after the service.

Church Meeting in the URC

In the United Reformed Church, the Church Meeting stands at the heart of our spiritual life. We believe that the gathered community discerns God’s will together, that Christ speaks through the prayerful deliberation of all members.

Agenda papers have been circulated to church members.  If you have not subscribed to receive our emails please take this opportunity to do so by clicking on Subscribe on our home page, or contact churchsecretaries@trinitywimbledon.org for an agenda.

All are welcome
While voting is reserved for church members, friends of Trinity are warmly invited to attend and participate in discussions.  If you’re newer to Trinity and curious about how we function as a community, the Church Meeting offers an insight into our shared life and decision-making.
