When a loved one has died, the funeral service is an important part of the grieving process. Only you can decide the right way to ‘say goodbye’ – but we’re here to offer help and advice in this difficult time.
A service at church (whether before or after the burial or cremation) can be a helpful way to honour your loved one, and to be comforted by the promises of God recorded in the Bible. A church service may also offer more capacity if you’re anticipating a large number of people. Alternatively, you might prefer the simplicity of holding the whole service at a crematorium or cemetery.
Trinity’s minister is available to officiate at funerals whether held at the church or elsewhere. We can work with you, and alongside your Funeral Director, to ensure that the service is planned sensitively and appropriately.
You’re welcome to contact the church’s minister for an initial conversation, and to ensure availability on your preferred date.
