Church meeting is the decision making body of a United Reformed Church, in which every member has an opportunity to make suggestions, ask questions and through discussion, responsible decision and care for one another, to strengthen each other’s faith and to foster the life, work and mission of the Church.
Church Meeting, normally chaired by the Minister, meets at least once a quarter. Meetings are open to everyone, whether members of the church or not, but only church members may vote.
