Thy Kingdom Come is a global ecumenical prayer movement that invites Christians around the world to pray, between Ascension and Pentecost, for more people to come to know Jesus. What started in 2016 as an invitation from the Archbishops of Canterbury and York to the Church of England has grown into an international and ecumenical call to prayer.
This year all Trinity members and friends are invited to join in by reading two booklets, one following 10 lessons based on the Lord’s Prayer, and one with 10 reflections from a range of contributors, including Cardinal Vincent Nichols and The Most Reverend Andrew Chan, Archbishop of Hong Kong.
The booklets were available at church last Sunday and will be again this week, so that we can all join Christians around the world praying for others to come to know Jesus as Lord and Saviour.
